Ingredients: 

• 1 oz Tequila 
• 1/2 oz Mountain Dew 

Mixing instructions: 

Pour tequila into shot glass. Next pour in Mountain Dew. Hold your hand over the top of the glass and slam it down. The shot will change color. Take the shot.

You will need.
·         25 ml vodka
·         10 ml Malibu
·         10 ml rum
·         10 ml cola
·         1 ice cube
·         1 rocks glass (or short glass)
Prepare the cocktail
You should start by adding one large ice cube to the rocks glass.
Into the rocks glass measure out and add in 25ml of vodka, 10ml of Malibu and 10ml of rum.

Finally, add 10ml of cola and serve immediately. A hearty drink that is sure to stir the passions within!

Step 1
You will need…
·         25 ml light rum
·         25 ml strawberry liqueur
·         4 strawberries
·         ½ a lime
·         crushed ice
·         1 25/50ml measure
·         1 old-fashioned glass
·         1 muddle stick
·         1 barspoon or stirrer
·         1 knife
·         1 chopping board
Step 2
Prepare your cocktail
Remove the hulls from 3 of the strawberries and place them in the old fashioned glass. Cut the half lime into wedges and then into half again. Put all the wedges in the glass with the strawberries.
Use a muddle stick or a fork if you don’t have one, to crush the ingredients together. Add the crushed ice - enough to fill your glass, then the rum and strawberry liqueur and stir well.
Step 3
Present your cocktail
Use your remaining strawberry for decoration. Simply slice a groove in it and pop it on the side of your glass. Drink up and enjoy!

Step 1
You will need:
·         1 cucumber
·         1 tsp lemon juice
·         1 tsp Sugar Syrup , also known as monin gomme
·         2 Coriander leaves
·         50 ml Gin
·         some cubed ice
·         1 knife
·         1 chopping board
·         1 blender
·         1 cocktail shaker
·         1 fine cocktail strainer
·         1 martini glass
·         1 25ml shot measure
·         1 50ml shot measure
·         1 5ml bar spoon / teaspoon
·         1 measuring jug
·         some measuring spoons
Step 2
Chilled martini glass
Either put the martini glass in the freezer, or fill it with ice, add a little water, and leave it to one side to chill.
Step 3
Cucumber
Use your knife to finely peel half the cucumber. Leave a little of the cucumber skin on to give the drink extra flavour and a light green hue. Don’t throw all of the skin away - save a little to garnish the drink.
Step 4
Add the ingredients
Dice the cucumber and add to the blender.
Add 50ml of gin
Next, a couple of coriander leaves
Add one teaspoon of lemon juice
and one teaspoon of sugar syrup.
Step 5
Blend
Turn on the blender and blend for 10 seconds.
Step 6
Pour
Add the contents of the blender to the mixing glass.
Step 7
Ice
Fill the mixing glass with ice cubes
Step 8
Shake
Put the top half of the cocktail shaker on. Slap it down firmly to seal. Hold the top and bottom, and shake vigorously for about 20 seconds.
Handy Hint
When there is condensation on the outside of the shaker and it feels very cold, then it’s mixed.
Step 9
Release
Tap the side of the shaker to loosen the two halves. Release the top by rocking it back and forth.
Step 10
Double Strain
Open up the shaker and use the cocktail strainer and the fine strainer over the martini glass. Tap the fine strainer to encourage the drink through.
Step 11
Garnish
Add a little of the left over cucumber skin to garnish.

Step 1
You will need
·         50 ml light rum
·         15 ml Cointreau/Triple Sec
·         some ice cubes
·         30 ml lime juice
·         1 egg white
·         1 tsp caster sugar
·         mint to garnish
·         1 shot measure
·         1 mixing glass
·         1 strainer (or a sieve)
·         1 old-fashioned glass
·         1 bar spoon or stirrer
Step 2
Prepare your cocktail
Begin by cutting a lime in half and squeezing the juice from one half. Put the juice aside for later.

Next, separate the white of the egg from the yolk of the egg using both halves of the broken shell.

Now place a couple of ice cubes into the cocktail shaker.
Measure out and pour in 50ml of light rum and 15ml of Cointreau or Triple Sec.
Pour in the lime juice, add the egg white and 1 tablespoon of caster sugar.

Shake vigorously and strain into an old-fashioned glass.
Step 3
Serve
Garnish your cocktail with a sprig of mint. An excellent way to unwind at the end of a hard day’s work!

Long Island Iced Tea Cocktail. Learn how to make Gerry Calabrese’s Long Island Iced Tea. It was invented in America around the time of Prohibition and named ‘iced tea’ to disguise its potent identity. Delight in our Long Island Iced Tea Cocktail.

You will need
·         10 ml vodka
·         10 ml white rum
·         10 ml gin
·         10 ml triple sec
·         10 ml tequila
·         1 lime or lemon
·         some cola
·         some ice
·         1 long glass
·         1 knife
·         some straws
·         1 chopping board
·         1 cocktail shaker
·         1 shot measure
 

Spirits
Add 10 ml of vodka to a glass. Then add the same amount of rum, and the same amount of gin. Then add 10 ml of triple sec, the sweet orange flavoured liqueur. Lastly, add the tequila.
 

Lemon juice
Take the lemon or lime, whichever you prefer, and cut it in half. Squeeze both halves and add 50ml of juice to the shaker.
 

Ice
Put plenty of ice in the serving glass too. Fill the rest of the mixing glass with cubed ice.
 

Cola
Fill three quarters of the serving glass with chilled cola.
 

Shake
Press down firmly to seal, and shake vigorously over your shoulder for about 20 seconds.

When you see condensation on the outside of the shaker and it feels very cold, you know that the cocktail is thoroughly mixed.
 

Release
Release the top by rocking it back and forth.
 

Strain
Strain the spirits into the serving glass.
 

Garnish
Add a lemon wedge to the edge of the glass, a couple of straws to the drink, and serve.

·         50 ml vodka
·         150 ml orange juice
·         25 ml peach liqueur
·         1 dash grenadine
·         1 cherry
·         ice cubes
·         1 50/25ml measure
·         1 knife
·         1 chopping board
·         1 cocktail shaker
·         1 strainer
·         1 highball glass
·         1 straw

Prepare the cocktail
Add 3 ice cubes to the cocktail shaker, followed by the vodka, peach liqueur and orange juice.
Put on the lid and shake well.
Tap the lid to loosen it, remove and attach the strainer.
Add 3 ice cubes to the highball glass and strain the cocktail over the ice.
Finally, add the dash of grenadine.
Present the cocktail
Slice a groove in the bottom of the cherry and place it on the side of the glass.
Add the straw and serve.

Ingredients:

• 1 oz Vodka
• 1 package Sugar
• 1 wedge Lemon

Mixing instructions:

Using a partner of the opposite sex, lick their kneck to moisten. Pour packet of sugar onto their kneck. Place wedge of lemon in their mouth with the skin pointed inward. You first lick the sugar from their kneck, then shoot the vodka, then suck the lemon from their mouth (while gently holding back of their kneck.

What you need:
1 oz vodka
1/4 oz grenadine syrup
1 oz gin
1 oz light rum
1/2 oz Bacardi 151 rum
1oz amaretto almond liquer
1 oz triple sec
grapefruit juice
pineapple juice

Directions:
Pour all but the juices, in order listed, into a hurricane or tall glass three-quarters filled with ice. Fill with equals parts of grapefruit and pineapple juice, and serve.
